Amazing all around. The community, the programming, and most of all, the best coaches! They have been patient and kind and super encouraging. I would recommend 100% without hesitation. As a 50+ guy with replaced knees, I was reluctant to start CrossFit to say the least. I had preconceptions of a lot of cultish shirtless cheering :-). I was also honestly more than a little intimidated. My oldest daughter talked me into going there at a time when I needed something to get me back into shape as my workouts at that time were not getting me where I wanted to be. The coaching there is outstanding. They help you adjust and learn prescribed exercises to ensure you get the most out of them. This was especially helpful on the ones I struggled with (ie. pullups and some of the more complex weight movements like cleans and snatches). The membership there is very inclusive, supportive, and a lot of fun to be around. There are all ages, abilities, and body types. At about the 3 month mark, the aches and pains went away and the physical changes were significant. If you are on the fence, I would recommend going for it but give it enough time and effort to allow the program and coaching to work for you.

Best gym I have ever been to community is amazing have lost 50lbs through the support of this gym. Saturdays mornings are now my favorite time of the week.
